This Cancellation Policy applies to all services and coaching programs provided by FitCulprit.


Consultation Cancellation

Clients may reschedule or cancel consultation calls by informing us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Requests made after this period may not qualify for rescheduling.


Program Cancellation

Users may cancel future coaching renewals before the next billing cycle begins.

Cancellation requests submitted after the next payment has been processed may not be eligible for reversal or refund.


Subscription & Renewal Cancellation

For recurring payment plans or installment-based coaching services:

Users are responsible for cancelling future renewals before the billing date.

No cancellation requests will be applicable after successful payment processing for the next cycle.


Service Discontinuation Rights

FitCulprit reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases involving:

Abuse or misconduct

Violation of policies

Misuse of services

False or misleading information
