2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• If you fail to attend without prior notice, the session will be marked as completed, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

• If a double payment was made due to a technical error.

• If FitCulprit is unable to provide the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances.
